Pretty clean truck, but no wing frame, a pony motor on the spreader and an air cylinder on the plow hoist, this leads me to believe the truck has no central hydraulics. The 6V53 Detroit is good for making noise, that's about it. It would take a lot of work to get this truck to plow to its full potential.
