LOL, reminds me of when we moved our old "house" (cabin more like) in Kentucky :)

My Grandfther had a building moving business called Metropolitian Building Movers . I remember he had two old Sterling chain drives he would use to pull the houses / Buildings

pelican.. sorry i havent replyed..work has been non stop the last two months........i'm not sure how thay got the photo... i didnt send it in........i've got 3 more shots from diffrent angels........i havent joined the ATHS yet...i might someday... i'd like to see that photo in the mag.... did thay have a write up on it ?????

I can't remember the company but in my town there are a few historic houses that have moved to new locations and they use a very old very nice condition Autocar. Looks funny heading down Mass ave with the power co dropping lines in front as they travel and putting it back together after they pass.
