I have a 1997 S-10 Blazer that is wearing out the inner tread of the front tires. I was following my wife and noticed the drivers side front tire seemed to be leaning in at the top excessively. I figured the upper ball joint was probably really bad but it looked ok. Upon further investigation I found the driver side torsion bar bolt was tightened all the way? I backed it off to match the passenger side and that helped tilt the top of the tire out. Since doing that this spring I put the spare on and it's still wearing the inner edge. The passenger side is wearing like that too but not as bad. Both tires seem to be tipped in at the top too much causing this wear. So how is camber adjusted on this vehicle to tip the tops out? Or what component could be worn out and most likely to cause that problem?

Sounds like you need to make an appointment at the alignment shop. Could be ball joints, tie rod ends, worn suspension bushings, any number of things.
