Worker's Comp Classification in Ohio

I'm curious for those who separate their payroll for snow work in Ohio - how do you classify your employees?

I was assigned "Local Hauling" for employees at a 16% rate. Sidewalk personal were listed as "Buildings - Operation by Contractors" at 5.1% which seems in line.

What are you guys using specifically for snow plow truck drivers?
