Not me personally, but my father starts getting aches and pains when winter gets closer and the temperatures start falling. His knees bother him and his big toes. But we think he may have or is getting arthritus and thats why. He is 67 though, how old are you? Mike :)

I get it a llittle in my right hand that I broke a while back. Usually only when we've got a real bad storm coming though. It kicked in this year just before we got our two really bad wind storms. I'm hoping it will be bothering me all winter!!! I would like to break 160 inches of snowfall this year!!

Steve shaved off the side of one thumb several years ago with a power planer, and it will ache whenever a storm is coming in.

I broke my elbow when I was pregnant with my daughter and it will ache a little before it rains, but not all the time.

The aches and pains are a result of the barometric pressure dropping. Snow and rain always come with a Low pressure system. Pretty simple.

My wrist is in a splint from acute tendonitis. Have to have therapy sessions now as well. Moving/working on the plow only worsened it. However, I don't think it's weather related. I can assure you that come deer season, that hand will be holding a Browning 7mm mag if I have to duct tape the gunstock to that hand!

Roger- I know the feeling! I had to build a series of twelve decks this summer and by the time I got done my right elbow was killing me!!! I guess after driving over 250 lbs of screws will do that to ya though!! I have a brace for it and my doc said do not expect it to heal anytime soon( or at least til plowing season starts! LOL!!)
Good luck with it!

You gotta love those reassuring words from the therapist when they say. " you may have been better off in the long run to have broken a bone, instead of having acute tendonitis"!
250lbs. of screws? A screw gun did that to your elbow or did you thread all 250lbs. worth of them into your elbow?;)
I hope you weren't using a hand screwriver? ;)
