My 95 F-250 has a bad front u-joint for the inboard front axle on the passenger side. How tough is this job? any tips? Thanks

If it's the inboard one, right next to the diff,it's tough.
The right way is to remove the axle shafts, and then drop the diff assy from the axle beam,so you can get the inboard shaft out.
You can cheat, and just remove the pass side shaft, and then do the u-joint in the truck, with the inboard shaft still in place. It's tough to do,but it can be done. You will need a good u-joint press, and possibly a torch.
