I really like my SnoWay, but what is with that stupid controller?
Give me simple joystick like the one that controls my Western.
I had to stick my SnoWay controller onto my dashboard with Velcro, but I'm still always hitting the wrong buttons.
Has anyone ever adapted a joystick to a SnoWay? I don't know what I'd do about the down-pressure button, but there has to be a way.

Even better, they have a hand held touch pad available, and one step up, a remote contolled wireless one.
It should be pretty simple to add a meyers slick stick to it.

We got this bright idea from Jerre Heyer who did something like it for a Blizzard.
We also have the remote on two of the trucks and have found them to be worth every penny of the cost.

Would your setup work on a 2001 dodge 2500.

I've run Sno-Way rocker boxes for 10 years now. I left the box loose and set it on my left leg when I'm plowing. My hand is right on the switches and it's no hassle at all. When you ge tout of the truck or are going to be traveling without plowing for a while you just toss it up on the dash.

They showed a waaaaay cool wireless joystick at the NTEA show here in Indy last week. Terry Wendorf had to tackle me to keep it in the booth.
As for the spreader control, ours hangs under the unitrol we use to run the lights.
I have posted some more involved photos in the Blizzard section here.
