Discounted Toyota Parts?

Anyone know of a source for discounted Toyota parts? I need a turn signal/dimmer switch for my '03 Corolla, nothing found on ebay. The one I have activates the flash to pass high beams when it is sub-freezing, the result is a dead battery in the morning. The dealer here will only charge me list. Any ideas?
