Looks more like a razor.
Similar units (much newer than that one) used to be all that plowed our sidewalks when I was growing up. I was surprised, and disappointed, when they switched to the Trackless machines.
There is a tracked machine at a small farm property near my home. I really should stop and take some pictures next time I see it out. They've got a decently sized blade on it and painted the machine like grey/shadow camouflage. Looks awesome.
It's like this, but bigger blade and cool paint job....

Kind of looks like Bombardier isn't making them any more, but you can get its predecessor from

We had six of them in our fleet. Vintage 1968 - 1972. Three speed stick mated to a Chrysler 6 cyl 250 ci gas engine. Fixed V plows with rubber cutting edges.
The deeper the snow, the rougher the winter weather, the better. Hated plowing 2" of fluff, but 6" - 10" was lots of fun. I believe the last time I looked the new ones stickered for something in the neighborhood of $85k, give or take.
They could get stuck, and we did flip a couple of 'em over. Set back upright, checked the fluids, started 'em up and finished the route.
Tough machines. Model SW48

I was wrong on the price . . . my bad.
Just spoke with the local dealer. Price of a new unit, with blower is $130,000 give or take.
Of course, while the basic machine is the same, the drive train has been quite improved. Steering wheel instead of sticks, hydrostatic drive, and can be converted for all season use with attachments and wheels.
Better have ALOT of contracted sidewalks OR be a municipality with a healthy slush fund in the budget for snow removal (pun intended).:grinz

I know of a certain company that bought one then was booted from a certain municipality from bidding on it. :grinz :grinz
There is only 1 other contractor that I would have laughed harder had it happened to them.
