How are you guys bidding properties? I am looking at adding several more properties next year that are in a pretty competitive market. Just looking for some other options. Thanks.

Hi Joe, welcome to the site. If you do a search on the topic of "bidding" or "pricing" you will see lots of replies. This question gets asked all the time.
