blade seems froze

I purchased a sno-way std 2000 used, last year.
It worked great all winter. I removed it in the spring and it was o.k.
I just tried to instal it for this winter and, I have power and the angle works o.k. however the blade will not rise, it makes a noise like it wants to but will not move.
This is the first blade I have ever had and I am at a loss as to what to do.

Check fluid level!

i agree check fluid level and make sure your plug is in good wiggle it around and try it again

I don't know a whole lot about snoway, but it sounds like it could be a stuck solenoid.

If you have the wireless remote, try new batteries. They can do weird things when the batteries are low.
