I need some help hooking up a slick stick to a monarch M-693 external valve pump. I have the internal one my sidewing Jerre wired up, and when i shifted everything over to this pump, the angle wont work. I can get up and down thats it. Any diagrams on which pins are what on the slick stick available?:o I do have a diode to use on this thing as well for the one position like was used when Jerre wired up the other one. Moving wires I did mange to get side movement but no up or down.

Black (with fuse)--- center terminal> 12 V power to controler
Then going clockwise around backside of slickstick, facing back of slickstick, colors from meyer chart
12 o'clock position Black (no fuse)-----> top terminal down/float
2 o'clock position Green for right angle
3 o'clock position White to pump solenoid
5 o'clock position Red terminal for up
7 o'clock position White to pump solenoid
9 o'clock position White to pump solenoid Here is where you need a diode to send power to left angle as well.
Tie all the white wire terminals and run to pump solenoid. Other colors go to specific functions of up/down/right/left
Hope this makes sense, I have a chart on the back of a slick stick carton, I could scan, pm if any questions.

Here is a diagram.
For Raise, the white and red get power.
For lower, the black gets power.
For right, the green and white get power.
For left, just the white gets power.
Hope it makes sense.

Thanks for the diagram, a picture is worth a thousand words, that's what I wanted to post.

I have all functions, but when the pump is lowered it will go to left fully before raising up, I cannot figure this thing out... Getting pretty frustrated with it.. I want my central hydraulics :wah

I have a Slik stick hooked up to a Western on an old back up truck. I know the wiring was done by the prev owner and its pretty custom but I'll see if I cant snap a pic of how its hooked up, works great but the wiring looks like a bit of a rats nest IIRC>

c1,2 are hooked to angle and c3 is lift Jerre. Im sure something is backwards lol goin blind on this pump, but its the same as the sidewing monarch pump except its external valve...

Walt time for a couple of test lights. It's possible that the pump unit uses common power to the valves and uses ground to switch them.
Do you have a green, red yellow and blue wire off the coils. Are they two wire per coil or one. J

All coil wires are red and have 2 wires per coil.. maybe I will drive to erie this weekend and pay a pro to fix it lol :popcorn2

Walt finding the drop coil is easy. On some of the monarch's they use on coil for angle in one direction and two for the opposite direction. Find the drop and tag it BLACK for the slick stick.
put a pressure guage on ALL THREE ports and start the rest of the test.
Tie one wire from all coils together and GROUND THEM
Take one wire at a time and give it power and energize the pump. Note what guage or guages pressure up as you do each one. For UP both the left and right angle will pressure up and equalize before the plow lifts on some units. You will see pressure on the C1 and C2 guages and then will see pressure on the C3.

:scramble this sounds like fun now. Wont be able to get any pressure gauges for a few days....
