Forecasting anywhere from 5-7" of accumulation during the day tomorrow. I HATE daytime storms, but oh well, what can you do?

As Sonjaab once said, "It's feast or famine, guys!"

Definately famine around here. I haven't gotten snow enough for the trigger since early December. Didn't even get a call for sanding out the 1" snow with freezing rain we got last night.

Mick, just for liability issues I would have salted anyhow.

You gotta get some snow soon, maybe this weekend

John,

The last two weeks have been busy for us Midwesterners'. This storm forcasted for thursday/friday looks like it could bring alot of snow our way as well. They were calling for 1-3" out of this storm this morning, then upgraded it to 5-7 at 3:30 PM.

Good luck plowing and stay safe!

Yes, Chuck, very busy!

I think I have been out every-other day for the last two weeks, and at least once the week before that. I'm not looking forward to the snow falling during the day, as it is always hard to keep every one open and happy, but daytime snow is better than no snow!!!

I had to snowblow a few paths in the backyard for the dog this evening, he loves snow, but the 8" out there was almost up to his shoulders, making it difficult for him to enjoy it. :haha

This winter will pay off the new spreader I'm buying this summer, that's for sure, and DANG, those pro-wings are definately earning their keep this year as well!!

That's a great news to hear, John. Which spreader are you looking to get for next season?

Not to take this off-topic, but I am looking at/for a SnowEx 575. If anyone knows anyone that has one, or is giving discounts..... :D

Jeff, I would have liked to, but nobody wants it. Just one short steep drive has me do something to everything, so I did go over and sand/salt the heck out of it. Other than that, I waited all day thinking sure I'd get some calls -- nothing. Maybe tomorrow since it melted some today and is freezing tonight with sustained freezing temps.
