I had to order control cables for my 550, I had them the next day.

I'd imagine you'de have parts in 2 to 3 days at your location. They'll overnight stuff too if you need it in a hurry.

I needed a couple of pieces of SS heavy gauge sheet to mount some warning lights to. Went up there and they gave them to me , NO CHARGE, he said. Thats good customer service.
