short write up on my truck.

I am a pretty active member of the Turbo Diesel Register as some of you know. The other night the northeast coordinator of events asked me for some pics of my truck set up with the plows on it.He heard from some of my friends that it was cool looking and wanted to post some pics on the TDR of it. So I sent them off thinking thats all,he was goingto just post them. I was shocked to see the write up that went with it,while it was short,It made all the work I put into my truck worth it!. Andy Hammer wrote the actricle,and he's very well respected,and trusted ,so I was flattered to read what he wrote. Btw we are pushing 19000 members now,so for Andy to put my truck on top was a nice suprise for me:) . The pics you've all seen before I was most impressed by his small write up. Just goes to show the capabilities of that Dodge,and all the hard work you have put into it.It is one hell of a truck,very well rounded.

While I didn't get a chance to take it for a run,I did get the opportunity to ride behind it in Jerre Heyer's truck.Not much to tell though,as we couldn't see a thing when he stood on it. :burnout

I have been underneath,and under the hood,and John has done a lot of nice work to that truck.

Time to get together,and come up with the next Dodge Ram commercial ................ :D

The responses both on here and TDR reflect directly on you.... It truly shows the kind of reputation and person you are.... as being a all around well liked guy.... Who is nuts enough to build a PRO-Work truck ... Street legal "barely" Pro-stock....not sure of the real classification your truck goes into......

There has to be a new class for John's truck.... and still being able to have it be a daily driver.... hummm... maybe there should be a truck triathlon ... a race... a snow plow, and a haul category... and see who can compete with John.....

I volunteer to be the token last place winner.....

Well hopefully your get your motor problems corrected soon enough... I know it must be driving you nuts just limping along as a stock like truck....

Actually i'm not suprised at the write up. We all know the kind of person John is and how nasty his truck is. It's a fitting article. It was bound to happen sooner or later.. Quality stuff doesn't go unnoticed. Way to go John.

John congrats, as a vehicle man myself. I realize the work you have put into this truck. Usually the only gratification we get is our own, it sure is nice when all the hard work is noticed by others. Again congrats, keep that smoke comeing.

Wow! Sweet write up John. That's one heck of a daily driver. Sounds like with all the work your truck does, the poor thing is going to need a vacation itself. :D It's always nice to have one's work noticed by others. Keep up the good work. :cool:
