We've got a small landscape job that entails building a berm for a customers new sign and installing a planting around it. The guys get started with the skidsteer and immediately blow a hydraulic hose. Oil all over the ground. It takes the better part of the day to fix it and now it doesn't move well. Bleed it out and it barely moves. Anyways they go back today with the other skidsteer to finish the job and push the other one on the trailer to get it back. While finishing the job it starts to rain pretty hard. They get the skidsteer stuck. The other one is working is working well enough to try to pull out the stuck on using the bucket. While pulling all of the studs break on one wheel. So I'm going there tonight after they close and somehow get the equipment back. What a day!

GSJ-Yep, we've had jobs like that..seems like it has become more common in the last year or so:mad: Just have had some tough times this past year. Just seems like things go wrong all at once, lol

After about three hours I finally got them both loaded up. The one still had one of the 8 lugs attached so I very slowly drove it onto the parking lot and backed it onto a trailer. The wheel was wobbling around alot but surprisingly it held together. The other one had very little hydraulic power to the right side wheels and only in reverse so I got a running start and backed onto a trailer that was parked downhill to lessen the angle. It worked out OK in the end but was a stressful situation at the time.
