This is what I wanted in my Ram . Because I was in MA I didnt want to settle for the standard output . Now I know the CTD 600 will be my next choice

Ive been in the market for a diesel truck and to start with i ruled out ford just because Im not a ford person but i do think they are a good looking truck. Then Chevy came out with the duramax and allison. But even though im a chevy man im not to found of the front IFS on there trucks. And Dodge still has the full front axle with a kick pooper engine. But wasnt sure on how the new ones are. But after reading that I think i will go with dodge. With a 6-speed manual. Im still dont trust there autos. Maybe in anouther year or maybe this spring if i get real antsy. LOL Then i need to hook up with John and hook up twin turbos LOL.

Wow. That sounds like an awsome engine. I drove a 2002 Dodge 2500 CTD the other day. First time I'd driven a CTD newer then 93. I was using this 02 Dodge to pull a 15000+lbs gooseneck trailer. The truck pulled it like it was nothing, however it did have the 6 speed manual tranny which I also loved. The tranny wasn't to tight and was very easy to shift. I thought this truck was awsome, I can't even imagine what this new CTD is like. My next truck will definitly be a new (or newer then mine anyway) Dodge with a CTD and probably a manual tranny.
