Is anyone else having problems with their vacuum lines going to the CAD? On mine, right where they are mounted on the T-case skid plate, where the steel is connected by the rubber boot to the plastic lines (red and black), the red one seems to lose its seal when we plow (probably by backdragging). Right now I have some RTV slathered on, and zip ties to seal it off. It is holding for now. Anyone else have this problem, and how did you fix it?
Thanks

The frickin thing lost its seal again! It went at 6 this mornin, it was -4 out, so it took an hour and a half to find a shop and figure everything out. The zip ties and RTV didn't do it. There was a boot up above the front axle that was a little loose, now they are in place, but if we backdrag some heavy snow, it is going to lose the seal again. Any suggestions? Maybe just glue them in place?

I took the vacume shifter out of mine and just slid the collar over the other shaft so it engauges both shafts, reinstall the shifter with the arm on the left side of the collar and now the front is locked all the time and I ALWAYS have 4x4, it dosent hurt anything

It turns out there must have been some ice blocking the vacuum line (metal lines). Anybody have any experience with the 4x4 posi-lok? It would be nice to just have it on a cable, so you know that it is going to lock in.
