Have a Miller 135XP. Its either on its second bottle of gas or on its third so not much use. Bought 5 years ago or so? Tank is pretty full of 75%-25%, newer spool of wire, miller cart, bottle and reg goes with it.

Have a 220 machine so this one hasnt really gotten used. Pretty much sits. Whats a used MIG worth?

Is the tank going with it? If not probabbly 350-400 for it depending on condition.. More with the bottle... Or keep it for your other welder.

Welder has little use and is in great shape. Bottle goes with. I dont own the bottle, just a lease with BOC.

We have 2 bottles for the 220 MIG and they are the BIG ones. The bottle on the smaller MIG is the size thats a lil taller than a scuba cylinder. We have the 5' or so tanks for our other MIG. No reason to keep this bottle.

I've been keeping my eye out for a (220v) mig for the shop and they seem to hold their value really well. I don't think i've seen one for less than 50% of the new price regardless of brand.

Not interested in shipping as it would be a PITA. Also if you dont have a BOC gas around you then the bottle is kinda worthless. Thats why I didnt try the whole ebay deal. Also didnt realy plan on listing it here since I think I could just PM the 3 local guys I know of on this board and ask em :haha

I am in Peoria if you wish to try and work something out though.

Phil

Theres alot of 110 units out there i have a small 110 snappy that really is a must have for the body shop running .23 wire any of the bigger welders i have are just to hot.

I just pulled a Snap on Mt series 220 unit from napa's floor with a removable suitcase and all the gear cause i couldnt get 800 for it, The welder is the twin to Jerres so i fig before i would give it away to someone here i would just give it to J the machine cost 3300 7 years ago.

Its getting tough to get a good price out of a used 110 with tractor supply selling hobart handlers for less. Just thought i would share again maybe keep it around for smaller jobs.

Might have to inquire with the joint it was bought from on what kinda trade in twards a TIG it would have :wink :drool :D

Thats kinda why I'm planning on chucking it. Have a MIG and would like to get a TIG eventually. Actually trying to justify maybe a trailblazer or somethng along those lines. We could ditch the Miller 6000bluestar stick, the smaller MIG and I could replace it with a portable stick with TIG capabilities and have a stout gen for the house :D Oh to dream.....only $ right? Man do I want a TIG. Miss doing TIG bad.....

Witch reminds me.....I need to see if the bluestar will run the small MIG. Know it wont run the plasma but wonder if it would run the MIG if it was turned down?

Hi ratlover
I just bought a 220 Lincoln 175 new off ebay for $400.00. I looked at 110 new ran around $600 and used anywhere from $300 up. I went for the new 220 so I can weld some 1/4 plate and it would be hot enough to lay a good weld.

Good Luck Mike
