I just got a 12 foot salt dogg pusher for backhoe. Has anyone ran one yet. What do I need to watch, are they maintance free pusher. Well nothing is mainance free but do they hold up well.:wink

Take my feedback with a grain of salt - I'm obviously biased.

However - there isn't much that can go wrong with a pusher, but I have seen OTHER pushers with the endplates caved in from hitting curbs.

Our pusher uses 3/8" end plates (instead of 1/4") just for this reason. I don't think you should have any maintenance issues at all with these products.

do you make a 96 inch tailgate salt spreader with and electric motor on it. I have an one ton dump with an electric lift and was wondering if you made a undergate electric spreader. Since my truck doesn't have central hydraulic.

Interesting question. We've been a lot of inquiries about electric spreaders (of various styles). We're currently evaluating the market for an electric UTS vs. electric tailgate replacement spreaders. However, we have nothing like that at this time.

we have just purchased a 12 footer for a hoe and it works great...only used it once so far...but i am very happy

We have 2 12' Buyers box plows for a hoe we used last season and they work great.
