Hey guys, i found a few hoods id like everyone to vote on and see who likes which best.
They are all fiberglass, which is NOT my first choice, but theres almost no steel aftermarket hoods. Heres the line up!
Dodge Ram
Ram Air II hood

Deep Throat STS hood

3.5" Dominator Cowl Induction hood

Let me know what you guys think of each one and i will also post a poll as to which hood you guys like best!

I prefer the STS based on looks alone, but also for functionality if you open it up and use it as an intake as in the picture, as I hope you will and not just have a nice looking hood mold that does nothing more than increase air resistance.

Glass hood will take some weight off the front axle . Always a good thing considering the plow weight . A Pro Stock Hood wood be my first choice

Heck, if that's the case, I'm going to run out and take all the hoods off my trucks. Afterall, I have those heavy Blizzards wearing out my front ends. Might even take the fenders off while I'm at it.
Personal choice would be:

Intakes sit a little further back than the Ram II which seems to flow a little better with the cool lines of Dodge trucks (IMO).

Let me know how it works out for you Mark. I've got a fleet of cars with the Blizzards on them, they need all the help they can get!
As for my choice of hood - I always prefer the look of stock - Ram Air hoods belong on early 70's Pontiacs.

my hood is steel. It came from keystone, which any bodyshop will have an account at.
