Does anyone have a reputable dealer in CT/NY they would recommend? I'm looking for a dealer that actually stocks parts and doesn't have to order every single thing. I won't name any names right now, but I've had my plow sitting on my equipment trailer for 3+ weeks now while I've tried to order a mount for my truck. We've had two teases of snow so luckily I haven't needed it yet (even though it is only a back up) The first dealer in CT I called never called me back, so I called him again after 3 days, said he would look into it again. I gave up after not hearing from him after another two days. I called a dealer in NY to order the mount. Same routine, "I'll call you back", gave him 2 days, and called him back and told him what to order since evidently no one knows how to look up part numbers? He tells me it'll be 3 days for the mount to come in. I ordered it on weds 11/28, it is now 12/10 and he's telling me "any day now". I feel like I need to inventory my own parts for this plow because If this plow breaks down I can't be sitting around for nearly two weeks for a part to roll in.

Sorry, I just had to vent.

What subframe do you have on order? Who are the retailers that you are working with? Send me a PM and I will look into seeing what I can do to assist you.

After I got back from lunch today I had a voicemail, parts arrived. Went and picked them up, hopefully I'll get to install them this week sometime. The dealer said things were "double back ordered" from the distributor all the way back to Wisconsin.

Tom, I'll PM you a bit later, I'm on my way up to the shop for some other maintenance right now.
