Toolcat help

I'm having a blonde moment. But I can't find the wind shield washer fuild fill spot on a Toolcat B Series to save the life anybody know where it is?

I have two tanks back there, one says coolant fill, and the other says coolant overflow. They are both plastic and mounted to the back of the cab under the bed. I purchased this thing used, is the tank with the coolant over flow sticker on it mis marked. Its on the pass side.
