turn signal ?

On my 1990 f350 without the plow hooked up my turn signals are fine(good pattern very bright). When plow is hooked up (Fisher) the turn signals are very dim and flash quickly. My question is.... is there something wrong with my wiring or is the flasher not capable of handling the load of flashing 4 extra bulbs?

i would check any grounds and then maybe upgrade to a HD flasher

First off, has this plow always been on this truck or did you just install it and now have blinker trouble? I associate a dim bulb/bulbs with a bad ground somewhere. I associate a fast flash rate with a bad flasher or a bulb being burnt out. When you say they flash fast, does it flash fast to both sides or just one specific side? All the blinker lights work on the truck with the plow off you say, make sure all the bulbs on the headgear are the correct ones and work as well. Mike
