2wd to 4wd conversion

What I would like to do is take the body and engine off my 2wd chassis and get a 4wd chassis with front and rear end and put it all back together. Are all the body mount holes the same on the 2wd and 4wd trucks? What would I haft to do besides get a 4x4 tranny and T-case? What would I do about a title?
