I just got Qxpress and I'm lost. I can't figure it out for the life of me. I need to set up routes and billing. I have some props that are seasonal for plowing with a per application charge for the salt, and I can't figure out how to set it up. Anybody know how to? Or where I can find a book? Also when your down plowing can you go back in, and fill in the data as far as: time on prop, services perform, and so on, so it keeps track of it for you to figure out job costs. I have the gold package if that helps.

Tim, when I have a few minutes, I'll try to answer as best I can. Yes, it is confusing and there are things that still confuse me with QX.

Right now my paper job is finished and I'm on to ripping some lovely late 70's era 1/4" paneling down. :rolleyes:

I got some of it figured out, I can't figure out how to schedule one truck to plow the lot, and another truck to salt the lot, on a contract basis. I can only get the truck to plow the lot scheduled for the day billing is done, and salting I get schedule for any day I want.
