There is a Mistral 50 with cab heat and front & rear PTO/3 point at an auction this week... 100 hrs, comes with a blade, 5' blower weights and chains....
Howard, I've never heard of that brand, but I'd make sure it'll be enough for your needs. I looked over the specs and the 50 is about as low as you'd want to go for power. Plus, it's lifting capacity is shown as 880# which is kind of light. The unit weighs just over 3200 pounds, which again is pretty light for a tractor putting out almost 50hp.
I did a little searching and it looks like it's a branch of the ARGO brand, which should tell you something. It's apparently an Italian company with manufacturing in Canada.

My Uncle has one. Not sure what size exactly but small enough to fit down vineyard rows. It's Italian. He has put many hours on it doing all sort of different jobs. Mainly spraying. Pretty sure it has served him well.

Italy is loaded with farms. I know quite a few families here, that farm thousands of acres back there. Mostly wheat. I have always had excellent service from items made in Italy.

The only issue I see is weight. All of todays tractors have been lightened-up with plastics and composit materials. The 50 hp version they show is about 1/2 the weight of my 50 hp older Kubota. With a tractor, weight + hp = ability, no weight + hp=limited ability. Just mho.
My father has always said, take the cost of a tractor and divide it by weight, compare tractors by weight and you'll get more tractor.
Be sure to load tires, add wheel weights and freight it down if you plan to do any pushing or pulling.

They are orchard tractors, Small, top heavy, most tractors have more power than the frames, and clutches can handle. I would not plan on pushing alot with one because of the weight .But you can put a big blower on it and probabbly have the gearing to do what most tractors 2 times the size can do. I would check on parts availablity too and also see if the tire sizes are available as well. When i worked on the farm we had a Deutz tractor and the tires for the front are not made anymore !!. Our tire guy who has been doin tires for 50 years could not get them, so we put some agressive truck tires on it. Look up the blue book on it and go from there. I personally have no expirience running or operating them but I see a couple of them locally workin the apple orchards.. And orchard tractors get alot of PTO usage.... Good Luck !

Just as Walt said - orchard tractors. On the north side of Niagara we have alot of orchards and vineyards. Landinis have been a popular choice, as there is a local dealer, Ethrington Equipment. While they do manufacture tractors outside the orchard class, it seems to be their specialty.
