Well if you compare with last year we are running much warmer then at this same point last november. Im pretty sure we had a white thanksgiving. From what i have seen there is still no signs if the jet stream will lock in a cold pattern like last seaon or if its gonna go back and forth like a normal new england winter. All next week is looking to warm to snow again.I still believe we will have a good winter probably not as much snow as last winter.... Just my opinion

Last year our first plowable event was 11/02/02 this year our first time plowing was 11/15/03. I agree this years weather has been very unpreditable. We can't seem to get locked into a cold winter pattern yet. I hoping it will lock in before Thanksgiving.

Im in the meriden area it has snowed twice but only flurries.Just checked my records and my first time out plowing last november was the 27th then went out again the 29th.With the temps going in the 50s to near 60 still next week i doubt there will be any plowable snow in november atleast.
