My favorite is Paulaner Hefe Weisen, but I drink Coors Original more often.
It's funny how Yuengling has become a premium beer. My Dad was from Pa. where it's brewed, it was a low budget beer. The past year or so they've changed their marketing strategy and now they're product is in high demand. Go figure.

I'm usually a Molson Ice drinker myself. I love the Molson XXX when I can get it (only sold in Canada), but that stuff will knock you for a loop!
Another great Canadian-only beer is Moosehead Dry. We get these when we go to New Brunswick; awesome!
I bought some Harpoon Winter Warmer for our Christmas party and it was a big hit. So big, I've been buying that lately.
Pelican mentioned the Paulander Hefe Weisen; I developed a taste for Wheat beer during my trips to Germany for the company. I drank a lot of Colaweisens there (Coke with wheat beer mixed). Sounds gross but I thought it tasted great. Plus you can drink until you feel full but you've only drank half the amount of beer. My friends there send me a few wheat beers from a local brewery (Hirsch) whenever the company sends someone over. Funny thing is, when I go to Germany they always want me to mule Sam Adams! The grass is always greener syndrome I guess!

You always find a case of Coors Light in the beer fridge but I vary on what I buy each trip to the Beer Store.

I don't have a favorite beer, but I was in a bar one night many years ago and a women came up to me and asked "If I like beer" my reply was "Yes", she said "Why don't you crawl up my leg and grab a busch" I guess I do have a favorite beer afterall.
Just started seeing Molson XXX around here. It's 7.6% alcohol. Used to only be availabe in Canada.

Like Fred, I stopped drinking years ago, by choice. I had my fill when I was younger. Back then, cheap was all that mattered. Rolling Rock, Meister Brau, Carling Black Label, Schmidts, Lite, whatever 12 pack was on sale for $4.50!
In the past 15 years I had maybe a dozen beers, 6 of them spread out, and they were Coors Light, and the other 6 were all at once, and they were Red Dog. The Red Dog actually made me want to drink more after each one. No bitter aftertaste, and they went down smooth, especially after a hot summer day of work. One of my landscaping customers used to come out and offer me one everytime I was there. One day I took one, and ended up having 6....
But now, it is Coors Light the once in a blue moon I have a beer. In fact, the last beer I had was with Lawn Lad in Syracuse this past summer.....

Chuck - when I was reading your post... I thought wow... only 12 beers in the past 15 years! I think you had 50% of those in Syracuse! It was a good time! Next time we should have a brew some other place than a hotel lobby with no bar!
I used to be a loyal Budweiser (bottle) drinker. I like the St. Louis SIMA trip, they serve 22 oz bottles in the bars. I switched to Bud Light when I got married since the wife drinks it religiously. Easier to stock to the fridge. Then I got into black and tans since I didn't like straight guiness. Then I turned to guiness all together (no hang over) and more of a sipping beer. All of this went by the wayside when I turned to Mich Ultra to watch the carbs. I got used to the taste and actually like it. All together it's better than not having a beer at all!

I don't normally drink much beer. But when I do it's usually at the shop and whatever the boys are drinking. Coors Light or Bud Light are the norm.
When I go out to dinner I like to order those burnt tasting beers, like Fat Tire Amber Ale.

Labatt Blue when I'm on the home land. When at the cottage in Ontario I'll step her up a notch a bit to Labatt Crystal Lager.. It's a little pricey though a 46.00 Canadian. :canada
