Been raining here in the Dayton, Ohio area since.....I can't recall when it wasn't raining come to think of it! Both sump pumps are running 'round the clock. Need to put the CPU up on blocks in case my basement takes on water! It is really flat around here and some of the fields can't drain so the roads are flooding.

I've lived at this address for 13 years and I think this is the worst I've seen. We've had just over 51 inches of rain this past 12 months ~ about 15 inches above normal.

The rain is supposed to stop tonight and get cold. Hope we can stay afloat til then!

Your looking at it the wrong way, at least when it freezes, the skating rink is right out the back door and over to the neighbors and down the street and....
