cant find a member?

someone i referred to the site about 2-3 months ago signed up here, but i cant find him in the members directory... how come thanks
p.s his screen name is rookie mower in some form maybe RookieMower... idk...

I just validated his Membership. He never completed the registration process (E Mail Validation). And he is rookiemower. Now that he is validated he should show up in the list.
