Pretty simple. if you need urgent help with a problem, post it here. Many people post things in the Snowplowing Forum because they think Members will look there first, and their post will get the most attention. It may be true, but what is also true is that if the post does not belong there, it will be moved to the correct Forum.

So I made this new Forum, right at the top below the Snowplowing Forum. Once we think your problem is no longer urgent, the thread will be moved to the proper Forum it belongs in, and no redirect will be left. Keep that in mind when looking for a particular thread that you saw here. Chances are, if you don't see it, it was moved.

NO WANTED OR FOR SALE POSTS ALLOWED IN THIS FORUM!

Great idea Chuck! I'm amazed that you don't see similar SOS forums on other boards. Better get a patent on this idea!

It wouldn't be the first time... They say imitation is the highest form of flattery, but it still just plain pisses me off, LOL.

Just a quick note for users posting in this forum.

This forum is for URGENT help needed, not general questions. Please use the appropriate forum if your question is NOT that urgent.

Please update the thread with your findings, and what fixed the problem. This makes the thread useful,as we can now move it to the correct forum, and others can use it for future reference.Without a solution posted,it is not as effective. This also helps us determine when to move the thread to the proper forum.

If you post a thread here,DO NOT POST IT AGAIN IN ANY OTHER FORUMS.it only needs to be posted once.Any duplicates will be removed.

Please help the people who need help. While you may not think you have the answer to the problem, your info might help. Please post so we can help these people get the problem fixed ASAP.

Thanks

Threads that receive no replies from the original poster after 10 days will not be considered "urgent" any more, and moved to the correct Forum. If you need help, and can't reply in 10 days, then it is not too urgent IMO. Existing threads might be left for now, since wyldman asked for updates, but all new ones will follow the above.

Just spent some time cleaning up some older threads in this forum. If your thread is missing,it will now be in the appropriate forum based on the category.

Please remember to reply and update your thread,so we know what the fix was,and it will then be useful for others with the same problem !
