I hope I'm the only one getting over the flu and am on just because I couldn't sleep at all. Hope all is well with you and your daughter. My wife thinks I'm crazy right now- but I figured it's better to let her sleep I'm quieter sitting up and using my laptop than laying down and coughing my head off!

Bill I think you have too much time on your hands but I commend you for finding such a talented set of paint an detail guys and Jay and Billy. Also for keeping them employed between storms god know's they need something to do.

Those will surely make people talk about the equipment and you but remember.

LOL Just to let Bill and Jay Know The truck did not like that blade on the highway. Well lets just say i had to plow the merrit from exit 60 to exit 42 didnt look to see how much cutting edge is left but that was the only way to keep the truck some what cool, and even with the blade all the way down she was still in the red. I wonder sence it doesnt have a deflector that the wind hitting the blade pushes the ait right up and over the hood. Becasue my westurn with the defletor i could do 70 on the highway and stay were i want to be temp wise. On the way home i couls only do 40 with the plow on the ground LMFAO. It was a fun ride. My first thing is to put a bigger fan in the truck. But other then that the truck handled the plow really well i was happy.

76chevyman
02-08-2004, 03:06 PM
The mangeled plate if from my plow hitting when i stack. Bu tnow with the fisher it will hit alot more LOL. On my plow gear have a long c channel that 6 ears come out for pining up the plow and for the fisher sence it has 3 holes on the plow it wouldnt fit in so we notched 1/2'' out of the bottom of the c channel. and it worked quit well and i am 98% sure it didnt take anything away from the integraty of my plow frame.
As for the rest of the truck its not as bad as the plate but its pretty close, she is going to be redone in the spring from the frame up take the cab off and rear body everything. Just need to find a place to do it. Hopfully i can locat a shop by then
