I personally have had no issues. You hear good and bad on the Cummins forums though.

I haven't seen any major problems yet either, but most of our customers are running additives.

Somebody on a forum posted something about lift pump issues but it was related to the older trucks that had the lift pump by the filter. I have no first hand knowledge though

Got this info from CAT :
Beginning in 1994, Caterpillar ceased using Nitrile gaskets in their fuel systems.
So this should be a NON-ISSUE FOR CATERPILLAR ENGINE OWNERS.

Chris, what about the new oil thats out for use in motors running ULSD, suppose to help with ash build up and has additives to replace lost lubrication.

The new oil is supposed to be a GREAT benefit for all .

Be really careful with additives... I found the most popular addtives have solvents in them to reduce lubricity. It's had to believe but I've been studying this issue for about a year now.
I've got a web page for of information on additives... The only one that is worth a darn is Howes. PowerService, MMO, etc are not good product to be using...
Check out my write up on this subject...

Little more update to the two cycle thread here...
I've tested now down to -20.2*F without a gelling problem or starting/running isuue at all. Here is a picture of my temp gauge history (MIN) for New Meadows Idaho...

Then to give you a feel what the fuel looks like mix at 1 quart to a tank of fuel here is the contents of my fuel filter housing and the old filter. Take notice the filter isn't stained blue from the dye and the fuel is of a mint green color.

This should ease some fears of using 2 cycle oil. I've got people on CumminsForum.com and IdahoBombersForum.com running with it and so far no complaints really most have reported a 1-2 MPG increase and reduced engine noise...:D
