Does anyone know where I could find a mount for an old polar snowplow that would fit on a 98 chevy 2500.

are you interested in a whole setup with the mount you need, would give you a back up pump, lights, and blade?

Do you know of any old dealers that might have a mount?

Cant think of any dealers that might still have one around. Little secret though, Polar used westerns conventional mount, dont remember the whole story but think it had something to do with Monarch hydralics trying to move more power units so they set up with western to make the iron side of things for them. So you can also look for an old western conventional mount and everything should work, just pop a lift cylinder in place of the western pump. Just make sure that the mount has some type of thrust arms in place, the early version of the mounts didnt have anything to hold the bottom of the mount in place and the bolts where the mount meets the end of the truck frame would loosen up and end up beating the crap out of the hood and grill.
