1st, will my warranty on my newer vplow be void if i put prowings on it??

2nd, on my older vplow (MM1, no iso module) when moving either wing after i let go of the button(either one, any position) the wing will make a quick short jerking motion back torwards the scoop position. it moves about 1/2 to 1 inch Just wondering what is causing this as my new one doesn't do it.

FYI Plowtech had posted that he would not be able to answer much here once winter started.

#1. I would E-mail Fisher. Or ask your dealer, as the claim would have to go through the dealer probably, so they would know best.

#2. Go here & download the manual that applies to you (pretty sure its the second one). Then in there you can use the troubleshooting section to diagnose and fix the problem. Good luck!

On question number one, I would think that you would have warranty problems, unless your dealer says otherwise, the wings put extra stress and levergae on the blade, more than it was designed for.I personally ran wings with no problems, but i never hit anything that hard either.
#2. my western MVP does the same thing it as yours on occasion,im not going to worry about it,it seems to be a quirk of the plow more than anything else.I only have one MVP,so i cant compare it to a different one.

1)Your gonna have warranty issues with pro wings on a V just because of the stress they already see,it's ultimately up to your dealer but i can tell you that i could not warranty any damage after pro wings.
2)I see that all the time on the MM1 V's but no one ever complained about it so i've just left well enough alone:p
Should it happen, probably not...Is it gonna hurt anything, probably not, these guys have been running these plows for years and a couple of them didn't notice it till i showed them.
