Iam glad to see the 6.0l's current bid is 600.00 man if that doesnt go much higher either a spare engine for me or a boat ancor.
Iam surprised the 24 valve sold so cheap i didnt see miles listed but i know in the fall i bought a wrecked 3500 Ram with a 12 valve and paid 4500 for the truck i have already sold off sheet metal transmisson rear diff and transfer case but that would still make my 12 vavle around 2600.00 cost with 61k on the clock , i want to install it in the 60 F250 this year thanks to Johnny D who sent me a link awhile ago on a similer swap i have most of the info, i want to put a Allie tranny behind it thats my only hold up right now.

Fred, what type of Allison tranny would you use? We always talk about repowering old trucks with the Cummins. Just curious.

I keep dreaming of swapping a 12V in my '94 3500 for the V10 in there. I know the tranny will hold it now.

The c heapest i can find lol really looking at a non electrical meaning no Gm style . A 6 speed manuel is another option the truck already has a hydro clutch . Its gonna take some math to so this has i dont wish to cut the truck up a bunch to make it fit i did to much work restoring it . Custom adapters or Advanced adapters will probley be my best bet , i have stored the truck all winter and getting kinda lonesome to drive it didnt get many miles on it last year . Had thought of a Blizzard set up for it with central hydro's alot of planning goes into a good swap i have done a few v-8 rangers and v-8 S trucks and planing is 90% of the job.
