they may take some time to load depending on your connection speed

Johngus,
Go into your profile and Edit Options section. Make sure in the Thread View section about half way down that you have Yes for allow attachments to be viewed. If that's not it post again.

I tried that, this is a new computer and I was having the same problem on PS but wasn't on there much in the end so I didn't care that much.It was also doing it on the SIMA site as well.could it be in the setup on my computer. Its a Dell with windows XP.I don't think its connection speed as I have a cable modem.any other suggestions?

I was getting the same thing at the other site, but only on dialup.Everything was fine on high speed.Since moving over here I have been impressed with how well the pics load on dial-up.

It may just have something to do with your PC,if it's doing it on multiple sites.

thats what I was figuring, its probably something not set right but I'm not very computer literate, except on automotive control modules, thats my specialty.

Do you have Anti-virus, or Spyware software ? Maybe it's not letting something through.

Can you see other pics on your PC ?

What kind of work do you do with automotive computer modules ?

Open Internet Explorer, go to the Tools menu, click Internet Options, then go the the Advanced tab, scroll down through the list and under Multimedia there is a show pictures option make sure it's checked.

I'm a Jaguar Master Tech, also the shop foreman so I get all the fun new problems with all the new gizmos every time anew car comes.most are problems the engineers can't figure out either so theres lots of going back and forth with DVOM readings to figure out whats happening and how to fix it.Try explaing to a guy who just dropped $70 grand that the factory is aware of his problem but is a software glitch to be resolved soon:rolleyes:

I used to go crazy with the Jags at first but you just gotta think like a Brit.First drink a warm beer and then get used to Lucas,Prince of darkness because he willrun you places you've never been.most problems were on the old models, but the new stuff is mostly Ford electronics with crazy Brittish programmers screwing things up.Chris,if you ever need anything let me know I'll help you "turn the lights back on".
