How old is this stuff?

A buddy of mine just bought an 89 Ford Ranger with a Meyer ST-72 plow and a U-13 pump. The equipment was mounted to the truck already, but no controls or cables. He went to get parts and said the guy laughed at him and told hime that stuff was over 30 years old (said he couldn't get parts). We bought some universal cables and custom made the control setup. It all works now, but how old is this stuff?

LOL At least over 30 years old, and they don't make parts for them any more. Pretty cool to bring it back to life. Good luck with it. Chuck will know about the U-13 if nobody else posts before him.

were talking mid to late 60's on the pump and late 70's early 80's on the blade
