We have about 15 hrs on our AirFlo so far and the only problem was upon initial hookup (late Nov) the unit did'nt want to start. What I found was that the wire to the electric throttle where it hooks to the control was loose in the connector. Someone did not crimp quite enough. A couple weather tight connections and everything was fine. (Went ahead and put the dielectric grease on all the connections at the rear) We are pleased with the unit so far
