Problems????

I recently bought one of the new code 3 light bars off ebay, and when I started plowing it blew my fuse during the first plow, so I replaced it with a bigger fuse (25amp) and the second snow it still blew the fuse, but it took a little longer this time ( about 5 lots this time. If anybody has had this problem, and knows what to do about it, any help would be great. It is a code 3 420 CMH

What size power wire did you use to feed it? to small a wire may cause that.

12 volt DC cigarette lighter from factory

Which fuse the truck fuse or the light bar fuse.
If it was the truck fuse, I would wire it directly to the battery (with a fuse of course), the wiring to the cigarette plug from factory might be to small for the current.
