Another funny one, Dec 30th got a call from that one condo place in New Brunswick with the ridiculous specs asking if we are still taking on condo work. They usually start calling around for contractors in late Nov early Dec. I guess whoever they found as a victim this season failed with the early December work & they are looking for another change :haha
