Blizzard plow lights

Would anyone know a way of aiming the plow lights down in front of the blade more. There is one bolt in th elight housing that through the light bar with no forward or backward adjustment.

Loosen the bolt a little, it is on a domed washer that will allow tilting up/down, aim and retighten.
